Changing a Huawei User Password

There may be situations when the user forgets their password or cannot find the function/email required to reset it.

There may be situations when the user forgets their password or cannot find the function/email required to reset it.

In such cases, the installer can also change the user’s password. In this article, we show how to do it.

  1. Log in to the FusionSolar application.
  2. Under the System / Rendszer menu, select the Company Management option.





  3. This tab will appear:


By searching for the user’s email address or username, we can locate their profile. The user will then appear.

4.Using the lock icon on the right side of the screen, we can assign a new password to them.

5.Clicking it allows us to enter the new password twice, then press OK. Once completed, the customer can log in with the new password.
