1. Shut down battery; check communications cable and power cable between inverter and battery are properly connected.
2. Turn off AC output switch, DC input switch, and battery switch in order; then turn on in reverse sequence after 2 minutes.
3. If fault still exists, contact the distributor or FoxESS support.
