Status of SolaX EV Chargers (PXH and PLH Models)

SolaX systems are often installed with EV chargers, which can typically display six different status conditions. This article explains these states. Status indication is important for understanding what the charger is currently doing — whether it is ready to connect, disconnect, actively charging, finished, or in a fault state.

Status indication is important for understanding what the charger is currently doing — whether it is ready to connect, disconnect, actively charging, finished, or in a fault state.

Status feedback is provided through the LED indicators on the charger.

  • Idle: The Complete LED is lit, and mode selection is unavailable. The charging plug is not connected.

  • Stop: The Stop LED is lit. The charger is connected but not charging.

  • Charging: The LED corresponding to the selected mode is lit — the car is charging.

  • Completed: Both the Complete and Stop LEDs are lit. The charging process is finished, and mode selection is unavailable.

  • Fault: The Fault LED is lit, indicating an error in the EV charger.

  • Unavailable: The charger is undergoing a remote firmware update. In this case, all four upper LEDs will be illuminated.
