SolaX Charger Dynamic Load Balance

SolaX systems are often installed with EV chargers that support the Dynamic Load Balance feature. This function allows the charger to automatically adjust its power consumption to prevent overloading the main circuit breaker. For example, if you have a 3×32 A main breaker and a 22 kW charger (which also uses 3×32 A), the system will reduce the charger’s output whenever other household appliances are drawing power from the same electrical network.

In essence, Dynamic Load Balance ensures that the maximum possible charging power is used without tripping the breaker or interrupting household power supply.

To enable and configure this feature:

  1. Open the charger settings.

  2. Locate the Dynamic Load Balance option.

  3. Set the current limit to match the breaker rating at the main distribution panel.

  4. Select Enable to activate the function.

Once configured, the charger will automatically balance power usage between household loads and EV charging.
