System has not undergone full-charge calibration for a long time; OR inconsistent SOC across battery modules; OR differences in battery cell consistency / damage.
1. Perform 10-50 full-charge balancing cycles (number depends on SOC delta) OR fully charge each module separately via BDU. DC power supply.
