1. Check whether all PV cables are connected correctly.
2. Check whether PV open voltage is higher than upper threshold of specification.
3. Turn off AC output switch, DC input switch, and battery switch in order; then turn on in reverse sequence after 5 minutes.
4. If fault still exists, contact the distributor or FoxESS support.
