1. Check whether AC grid cables especially neutral cable are connected correctly.
2. Check 'Country' configuration.
3. Turn off AC output switch, DC input switch, and battery switch in order; then turn on in reverse sequence after 2 minutes.
4. If fault still exists, contact the distributor or FoxESS support.
